AN OUTREACH OF RELEVANT WORD MINISTRIES

In February 2007, Relevant Word Ministries introduced its next generation of community outreach with the opening of DreamCenter, a multi-purpose venue designed to accommodate a wide range of programs, services, and community events. The center is a special place that embraces the mission of Relevant Word Ministries as a vehicle to model the personal example of Jesus Christ.

Currently, the programs offered at the center provide educational support for youth while focusing on the three R’s, Recruitment, Retention, and Rewards. We RECRUIT youth in a variety of ways so that we can expose them to the many and varying opportunities at the center or that are provided through our network of partners. Once we engage the youth, we RETAIN them by providing support and resources, to ensure their success. The REWARD comes when they use their new found knowledge, skills, abilities, and humanistic characteristics, to become successful in the world of work or to pursue postsecondary education.

About Us
The DreamCenter is a neighborhood community center open to families, students, seniors and young adults, providing a set of resources to the underserved communities in the Hillside and surrounding communities. Our conference room, computer lab, and multipurpose room may be reserved for after-school programs, parties, study groups, conferences and other events. Centrally located near Fountain Boulevard and Institute Street, the DreamCenter is within walking distance of key neighborhoods and is easily accessible by mass transit. There is ample parking, and all are welcome to join us for our scheduled and special events.  READ MORE
